Why these two animals

The Wawel Dragon is Kraków: a legend that has outlived most of the countries in Europe. The axolotl is Mexico — the amphibian that rebuilds whatever it loses, as many times as it needs to.

Migration is exactly that: rebuilding. You leave the trade, the house and the language, and you assemble it all again in a place that is only starting to know you. That is why the two animals sit inside one circle, rather than side by side.

What we will not fake

I don't speak Polish yet. I'm learning it — slowly, with mistakes, every day. This site is written in correct Polish because a native speaker reviewed it, and I think you deserve to know that.

We do not pretend to be a house with generations of history on the Vistula. We are a Kraków company founded by outsiders who chose this place — which is a different thing from inheriting it by accident of birth.

To our Polish neighbours

Your country received us better than most headlines suggest. We are learning the language, we pay our taxes here, we registered the company in Kraków and here is where we intend to run it.

We did not come to explain to you how things are done. We came to work — and to treat you as clients we care about, not as a market to be captured.

To whoever just arrived

We know what it is to stand at a counter holding a form you cannot read, feeling that asking will expose you as a foreigner. This company was born on the other side of that feeling.

We will not sell you the promise that it will be easy. We will tell you exactly what has to be done, in what order, and in a language you understand.

Who is behind this

HolaPolska! was founded by Pablo Caballero — an engineer with more than twenty years in technology, marketing and cybersecurity, and a migrant in Poland. The company is registered in Kraków and belongs to Ethical Profits Group.
