These terms govern the provision of services by electronic means on holapolska.pl, in accordance with Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

§ 1. Service provider
The provider is HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o., ul. Kielecka 1/2, 31-526 Kraków, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0001259508 by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 6751831638, REGON 545442954, share capital 5 000,00 zł. § 2. Definitions
- Site — the website available at holapolska.pl.
- User — the person using the Site.
- Service — a service provided by electronic means within the meaning of the Act.
§ 3. Types and scope of services
Through the Site we provide the following services free of charge:
- Browsing content — access to information about our offering. It begins when you open the page and ends when you leave it.
- Contact form — sending an enquiry. This is a one-off service that ends once the message is sent.
The Site is informational. Its content does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, nor legal, tax or investment advice. Terms of cooperation are always set out in a separate agreement.
§ 4. Scope of activity — disclaimer
The provider operates in business consulting, digital marketing, and IT and hosting services. The provider is not a law firm and does not provide legal assistance within the meaning of the Polish Act on Legal Advisers or the Law on the Bar. The provider does not operate an employment agency and does not carry out job placement under Polish labour market regulations, nor does it offer such services.
§ 5. Technical requirements
To use the Site you need a device with internet access, a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, and — for the contact form — an active email address. We recommend using an up-to-date browser; older versions may not support all features.
§ 6. Prohibition on unlawful content
The User undertakes to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. It is prohibited to supply unlawful content, in particular content infringing personal rights, copyright or criminal law, and to take actions that disrupt the operation of the Site, including attempts at automated message submission.
§ 7. Protection against abuse
The contact form is protected by server-side mechanisms, including a limit on the number of submissions from one IP address. Submissions showing signs of automation may be rejected without notice.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints about the Site can be sent to kontakt@holapolska.pl. A complaint should include the User's identification, a description of the problem and a return address. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 9. Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, layout, trade marks and logos, is legally protected and belongs to the provider or to parties from whom the provider has obtained the relevant rights. Use without permission is not allowed, except for permitted use provided by law.
§ 10. Liability
We make every effort to keep the Site running and its information current. We are not liable for interruptions caused by technical reasons, force majeure or third-party actions, nor for the consequences of decisions taken solely on the basis of the Site's content without prior consultation.
§ 11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.
§ 12. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means. These terms may be amended; changes take effect once published on the Site. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission's ODR platform.
