Two cultures, one shared vision
The Wawel dragon, the emblem of Kraków, where HolaPolska! is based, takes centre stage in our logo just as it does in Polish culture: as an enduring symbol of identity, reinvention and ingenuity.
The Mexican axolotl, known for its remarkable ability to regenerate, stands for our Mexican roots, our adaptability and our commitment to transformation.
Together they represent the bond between Mexico and Poland, two nations known for standing up for their identity and for their resilience throughout history. Whatever the cultural differences, honest and objective work shows that people who share these values always find a way to work together.
HolaPolska! is a new company, founded in 2026 by Pablo Caballero.
Pablo Caballero is a Mexican entrepreneur who owns a small group of companies in Mexico, brought together under Ethical Profits Group. He intends the group to be his legacy, and it is guided by one clear conviction:

In 2026 we decided to expand into Poland. We chose it for the strength of its economy, which is growing, dynamic and well regulated, and for its high standards of order, progress and integrity. We see in Poland a country with a great deal of potential and much that others can learn from.
We have been made welcome from day one. People here are kind, respectful, punctual, organised and courteous. We have been impressed by how efficiently its institutions and businesses work, and we want to contribute with respect and humility.
After 20 years of steady, honest and effective work, we believe we have a great deal to offer companies in Poland, always listening, observing and adapting our solutions to this market.
