You don't need to know how to run servers. What matters is understanding what the service covers and which responsibilities stay with your company, which is why the scope is set out in writing from the proposal onwards.

Usually, yes. Migrating does not mean redesigning your site or changing your domain, and we move mailboxes after reviewing volume, folders and calendars.

They share the same resources: 50 GB, 200 GB of transfer per month and up to 10 domains. Mission Critical raises the SLA to 99.99%, sets a response target of under 15 minutes and adds forensic analysis, custom WAF rules, priority support and quarterly consultancy. Responding within 15 minutes is not the same as resolving within 15 minutes, and the contract says so.

We don't publish prices because each plan is tailored to the resources and service level you need. After the assessment you receive a proposal with a defined scope, resources and exclusions.

It helps, but it is not a substitute. We provide technical controls, evidence and contractual information for your security management system; the risk analysis, policies and legal responsibility remain with your company.
