From coordinating at a distance to having someone on the ground

Today
With HolaPolska!
Using a foreign supplier forces your purchasing team to deal with invoices, currencies and taxes from another country.
You contract with the relevant local entity: CFDI in Mexico and, in Poland, KSeF-compliant invoices where applicable.
When a supplier lets you down or a negotiation stalls, all you can do is send emails from another continent.
A team in the relevant market coordinates meetings, suppliers and clients, and reports back to you.
Problems crop up after the working day in the other market has already ended.
The seven- or eight-hour time difference lets the working days run back to back: what your team leaves at close of business moves forward on the other side.

Frequently asked questions

Before you decide

Straight answers to the questions we are usually asked. If anything is still unclear, write to us.

It depends on your business model. Depending on your products and services, you can explore the market through representation, distribution or cross-border provision of services. If you later need a company or branch, we organise that step.

Yes. You contract and invoice in Mexico through EPG group companies, with CFDI, and we coordinate the work in Poland. It works the same way in reverse for European companies that need services in Mexico.

A specific project, a managed monthly service, sales representation, per-transaction coordination, a dedicated team, a hybrid service or end-to-end support. We can also sign a framework agreement so you can add services without renegotiating the whole relationship.

We coordinate the commercial and logistics side with the appropriate customs brokers and carriers. Before the first shipment we need to know the goods, their origin, destination and classification.

It depends on complexity, the countries involved, volume, resources, third-party involvement and service level. After the assessment you receive a proposal with the contracting entity, currency and terms defined before any work begins.
