With HolaPolska!
You arrive to "see what happens" and your 90 days go on flat-hunting.
You arrive with apostilled documents, a chosen city and a timetable that puts your residence application first.
You assume opening a company gets you residence and set one up with no clients and no plan.
Your sp. z o.o. starts life with a business plan, resources and commercial evidence that support a credible outlook for the authorities.
PESEL, meldunek, e-signature and bank account stall because each one asks for something you don't have yet.
You follow an ordered sequence: housing, address registration, PESEL, e-signature, accounts and MOS, in the order each step requires.

What you gain by arriving with a plan

90 days in 180

You make the most of your visa-free stay

As a Mexican citizen you can enter without a short-stay visa for up to 90 days in any 180, counting the whole Schengen area. We plan so that every day counts.

PLN 5,000

A company sized properly

That is the minimum share capital of an sp. z o.o. We help you keep it separate from set-up costs and from the working capital your business needs.

MOS from 27 Apr 2026

An online application without surprises

Since 27 April 2026, temporary residence is applied for online via MOS. We prepare the file, the signatures and your e-signature in good time.

Frequently asked questions

Before you decide

Straight answers to the questions we are usually asked. If anything is still unclear, write to us.

Yes. It is a practical route: you enter legally and, during your stay, file a temporary residence application via MOS based on an activity that meets the requirements. The key is to have a viable file before your legal stay ends.

They are separate procedures. The authority assesses whether your activity justifies your stay: resources, investment, economic potential and a credible outlook for growth. We help you document this with a business plan, projections and commercial evidence.

According to official 2026 information, fees range from PLN 340 to PLN 640 depending on the type of permit, plus PLN 100 for the residence card. Translations, advice and company formation come on top, and we include them in your phased budget.

It is one option, not the only one. A new company can support the application with resources and concrete steps that make its development foreseeable.

If you validly filed your application during your legal stay, you can generally remain in Poland while it is processed. That is not a work permit, and it will not let you re-enter Schengen if you leave, so plan any travel carefully before you go.
