How much does it cost to move from Mexico to Poland?

Add up the official residence and company fees, sworn translations and a reserve for your first months. Adjust every figure to fit your situation.

Each adult applies for their own residence permit and receives their own card.
Children also need a permit and a card. The calculator uses the full fees.
How many months of expenses you want covered while you settle in and start invoicing. Our guide uses six months as an example.

Birth and marriage certificates, degrees, criminal record checks, company documents… A sworn translation page is 1,125 characters including spaces, so a dense document can count as several pages.
Editable market estimate. In 2026, sworn Spanish translators in Kraków typically charge around PLN 50 to 100 per page plus VAT. For reference, the official rate paid by courts and authorities is PLN 47.49.

Temporary residence permit (stamp duty)
Fee for a permit to run a business or for family reunification. The single residence and work permit and the EU Blue Card cost PLN 440. Since 5 March 2026 the fee is not refunded if the permit is refused.		 340 PLN / person Official source ↗

Minimum share capital of a sp. z o.o.

Court fee for KRS registration (via S24)

PCC tax on the articles of association (0.5% of capital)
Base: PLN 5,000 capital minus court fees (0.5% of PLN 4,750 ≈ PLN 24). With S24 you file a PCC-3 return and pay within 14 days; with a notarial deed the notary collects it.		 24 PLN Official source ↗
