In 2 minutes

  • Many companies can start selling in another market through representation or distribution, without setting up a company.
  • In Mexico, tax receipts are issued as CFDI; in Poland, invoicing follows local law, including KSeF where applicable.
  • Poland and central Mexico are seven or eight hours apart depending on the time of year.
  • Some non-EU companies subject to the GDPR must appoint a representative in the Union (Article 27).
  • Contracting entity, currency, taxes and service levels are agreed before work begins.

Would you rather we did it for you? Business and operations Mexico–Poland

Your company in two markets, without having to build an entire international structure.

Business expansion, international trade, commercial representation, managed operations, technology and regulatory compliance between Mexico and the European Union.

Expanding your company into another country can be a significant growth opportunity. It also means dealing with different laws, languages, banks, suppliers, tax systems, time zones, business cultures and administrative processes you may not yet know.

Perhaps you run a Mexican company and want to start selling in Europe. Perhaps you lead a Polish company looking for Mexican suppliers or customers. Or perhaps you already operate internationally but need someone to manage, oversee or streamline those operations.

You do not need to solve every problem separately or hire a full team in each country to get started.

We operate in Poland through HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o. and in Mexico through companies of the Ethical Profits Group, which allows us to offer coordinated services on both sides of the Atlantic.

You can engage us for a single task, such as researching suppliers or coordinating an international shipment, or for a complete business service covering commercial representation, operations management, technology, logistics and ongoing support.

Our aim is simple: to let you do business internationally with the backing of a local structure, without unnecessarily taking on the complexity of running it yourself.

1. What changes when your provider genuinely operates in Mexico and the European Union?

Working with a traditional international provider often means working with a company physically based in another country.

That can complicate contracting, invoicing, supplier management, communication, payments and issue resolution.

Our binational structure lets us tackle those difficulties differently.

1.1. You can contract locally

If your company is in Mexico, you can engage our services through Ethical Profits Group companies in Mexico, receive the relevant tax invoices (CFDI) and pay through domestic commercial channels.

If your company is in Poland or elsewhere in Europe, we can structure the service through HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o., our Polish company, with contracts, invoicing and tax terms suited to the engagement.

This makes it easier for your purchasing, accounting and administration teams to work with a supplier based within their own business environment.

What does this mean for you?

You do not have to turn every international engagement into a legal, accounting or administrative project.

The contracting entity, currency, tax treatment and responsibilities are determined by the service and the profile of your company.

1.2. You have an operational presence in both markets

It is one thing for a foreign company to say it can serve you remotely.

It is quite another to have operational capacity in the country where the work needs to happen.

We can help you coordinate meetings, suppliers, customers, administrative tasks and business activities in Mexico and Poland.

This is particularly useful when you need to resolve matters that call for local market knowledge.

For example, if your Mexican supplier misses a delivery date, if you need to verify a commercial negotiation or if an administrative issue arises in Poland, you do not have to rely solely on emails sent from abroad.

You can count on a team that coordinates the necessary actions from within the relevant market.

1.3. You draw on professional capabilities in both countries

Not every service has to be produced where it is sold.

A European company may need software development, Spanish-language support, administrative processing or technical services that can be delivered from Mexico.

A Mexican company may need knowledge of European regulation, commercial oversight in Poland, regional technology infrastructure or coordination with European suppliers.

Our structure allows those capabilities to be combined.

The result can be a more competitive, flexible and specialised service than keeping all resources in a single country.

1.4. You get extended service hours

The time difference between Poland and central Mexico is normally seven or eight hours, depending on the time of year.

This makes it possible to organise work that runs consecutively across both working days.

For example, as your European company finishes its day, our team in Mexico can carry on with certain tasks. By the time the next working day starts in Poland, the work may already be well advanced.

This is useful for technical support, development, monitoring, administrative operations and incident handling.

We can set up extended hours, on-call rotas and service level agreements to suit your operation. 24/7 cover and guaranteed response times are defined explicitly when they form part of the contracted service.

1.5. You can operate under different technology and regulatory requirements

European legislation on privacy, cybersecurity and business operations is not the same as Mexican legislation.

If you work with international customers, you need to take those differences into account.

We can help you design services and processes that reflect the obligations applicable to each operation.

For example, if you need to keep data on European infrastructure, we can offer regional hosting solutions with defined access and processing controls.

If you need your Mexican team to work with European systems, we can put appropriate technical and contractual measures in place.

Operating in both countries makes it easier to manage these operations in an orderly way, although it does not replace specific privacy, security and compliance requirements.

2. International business expansion: enter a new market with local support

Market Entry & Business Expansion

Want to sell in Mexico or Europe but not sure where to start?

The most common obstacle to expanding a business is not necessarily a lack of capital.

Very often it is a lack of market knowledge.

You do not know who buys your product, how much they are willing to pay, which suppliers you need, which taxes apply or which commercial requirements you must meet.

Nor do you know whether you need to set up a company straight away or whether you can start through representation, distribution or cross-border provision of services.

Our business expansion service is designed to support you from assessing the opportunity through to trading.

Market research and validation

Before you invest in offices, stock or staff, we can help you understand conditions in the market you want to enter.

We research the profile of your potential buyers, competitors, sales channels, trade barriers and positioning opportunities.

We can also coordinate studies on regulatory requirements, operating costs and entry options.

With this information you can make better-informed decisions.

Local commercial representation

If you do not yet need to set up a company, we can provide commercial representation and support.

This lets you start developing opportunities while we assess with you how the market responds.

We can handle prospecting, organise meetings, present your products, follow up on quotations and coordinate negotiations.

Any authority to sign contracts or make commitments on your behalf is set out expressly.

Company set-up and soft landing

When you decide to establish a formal operation, we can support you through the process.

Our services can cover coordinating company formation, administrative registrations, engaging an accountant, finding premises, technology, suppliers, human resources and initial commercial activity.

Legal, accounting and tax acts that require licensed professionals are carried out by the appropriate specialists.

The aim is that you do not have to research and coordinate every party yourself.

Operations after set-up

Opening a company is only the beginning.

After that you need customers, suppliers, contracts, systems, invoices, administration and staff.

We can continue to support you through managed business operations services.

Ideal for: Mexican companies looking to establish themselves in Poland or Europe, Polish manufacturers looking to enter Mexico, software companies, industrial businesses, professional services firms and investors.

3. Commercial representation and international business development

Business Development & Local Representation

Do you have a competitive product but nobody to sell it in another country?

Opening a sales office abroad can be a significant expense.

You need salespeople, supervision, tools, market knowledge and time to build relationships.

We can act as your commercial support team in Mexico or Poland, depending on your needs.

Finding customers

We identify companies that might be interested in your products or services.

We can research industry sectors, distributors, corporate buyers, integrators, wholesalers and other prospects.

On that basis, we carry out outreach, presentations and follow-up.

Managing opportunities

Handing you a list of potential customers is not enough.

We can support the sales process through:

  • Prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
  • Presenting products and services.
  • Organising in-person or virtual meetings.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations.
  • Coordinating commercial documentation.
  • Managing opportunities in a CRM.
  • Following up on negotiations.
  • Coordinating after-sales services.

Finding distributors and partners

If your model depends on distributors or specialist representatives, we can help you find and assess candidates.

You can use this service to identify companies interested in selling your products, providing technical support or developing distribution channels.

We can also help monitor your partners' sales indicators and commitments.

Attending events and business meetings

If you need to handle commercial activity in Mexico or Poland, we can coordinate business meetings, work schedules, supplier visits and operational representation.

This is useful when your senior team cannot travel continually.

Example: you are a Polish manufacturer of industrial equipment and want to win Mexican customers. We can work with you to identify buyers, present your products, support opportunities through the pipeline and coordinate the relationship with local commercial partners.

4. International trade: import and export between Mexico and the European Union

International Trade & Logistics Coordination

Want to buy or sell goods internationally without managing every part of the operation?

Importing or exporting takes far more than hiring a transport company.

You need to consider suppliers, documentation, purchase terms, insurance, duties, taxes, customs classification, technical requirements, storage and delivery.

A poorly coordinated operation can lead to delays, unexpected costs or goods held at customs.

We can help you organise the different stages of your international trade operations.

4.1. Finding and assessing international suppliers

If you need to buy goods, machinery, equipment or materials in Mexico or Europe, we can help you find suppliers.

Our service can include identifying manufacturers, comparing proposals, commercial verification, coordinating samples and following up on negotiations.

We can also coordinate quality inspections with specialist providers.

You do not have to rely solely on international directories or negotiations with companies you have never dealt with.

4.2. Coordinating imports and exports

We support you in preparing and organising the activities needed to move goods between the two markets.

This can include:

  • Reviewing commercial documentation.
  • Coordinating invoices and packing lists.
  • Assessing Incoterms.
  • Identifying transport needs.
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and customs operators.
  • Coordinating customs clearance through licensed professionals.
  • Tracking shipments.
  • Handling incidents.
  • Coordinating insurance.
  • Delivery and documentary close-out.

We can help you analyse import and export costs so that you understand the components of your operation before making commercial commitments.

4.3. International transport

We coordinate transport solutions suited to different types of cargo.

Depending on the operation, you may need air, sea, road or multimodal transport.

We can also arrange groupage shipments or full containers through specialist operators.

Our role is to help you select, coordinate and oversee the services required.

Where an activity requires a carrier, customs broker or authorised operator, it is carried out by the appropriately licensed party.

4.4. Warehousing and distribution

If you want to hold stock abroad, we can coordinate warehousing and distribution services.

For example, you can send Mexican goods to Europe to fulfil regional orders instead of making an individual international shipment for every sale.

You can also hold stock of European products destined for the Mexican market.

Services can include goods receipt, inventory control, order picking, packing, dispatch and returns management.

The availability and terms of each solution depend on the product, volume and location.

4.5. E-commerce logistics

If you sell online, we can connect your digital operations with logistics providers.

We can integrate online shops, inventory systems, payment gateways, order management and tracking platforms.

We can also help you adapt your e-commerce operation to the target market.

This covers language, content, the buying experience, customer service, commercial information and administrative processes.

4.6. Trade regulations and product requirements

Every product is different.

A food product does not carry the same obligations as an industrial machine, a garment or an electronic device.

In the European Union, product safety requirements, CE marking where applicable, labelling, technical documentation and importer obligations may all come into play.

In Mexico, Mexican official standards (NOMs), permits, non-tariff regulations, registrations and the Importers' Register (Padrón de Importadores) may apply.

We can coordinate the identification and review of these requirements to reduce risk.

Trade agreements between Mexico and the European Union may also offer tariff benefits for eligible goods, depending on their origin, classification and the agreement in force. As of October 2026, the EU–Mexico Free Trade Agreement in force since 2000 applies; its modernised version (the Interim Trade Agreement), signed on 22 May 2026 and already approved by the EU, will enter into force once Mexico completes ratification.

Ideal for: importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, traders, industrial businesses and e-commerce brands.

5. Managed business operations in another country

Managed International Business Operations

Need someone to handle your local operations while you run the business?

Many companies do not need a full workforce in every country.

What they need is for the work to be done properly and for someone to be responsible for following it through.

We can act as your external operational and administrative support team.

5.1. International operations office

If you have customers or suppliers in Mexico or Poland, we can help you manage local activities.

This can include receiving and following up on business requests, coordinating meetings, document management, liaising with suppliers and keeping track of outstanding matters.

Rather than maintaining your own office to carry out a handful of tasks each month, you can engage just the services you need.

5.2. Business back office

We can take on administrative processes that eat into your staff's time.

For example, organising documents, keeping records, preparing reports, following up on contracts, managing commercial information and coordinating internal requests.

We can also set up approval workflows and tracking systems.

The aim is for your team to focus on the important decisions while you delegate repetitive operational work.

5.3. Supplier management

If you depend on suppliers abroad, we can manage part of the operational relationship.

We can request quotations, compare terms, oversee deliverables, log incidents and check that commercial commitments are met.

This is especially useful when you work with several suppliers in a country you do not know.

5.4. International project management

If you have projects involving staff, suppliers and customers in both countries, we can provide operational coordination.

We can manage timelines, owners, deliverables, budgets and reporting.

We can also keep communication flowing between project participants.

5.5. Customer service

We can help you serve customers across different time zones and languages, within the agreed scope.

Services can include email, ticketing systems, chat, CRM, order tracking, sales support and after-sales service.

Where you need a specific level of service, we can define indicators and contractual service commitments.

6. International technology and software development

Nearshore Development & Managed Technology Services

Want access to international technology talent without managing another team directly?

Having companies and teams in Mexico and Poland allows us to offer coordinated technology solutions for customers in both markets.

You can engage complete services without having to manage developers, server administrators or technical specialists individually.

6.1. Bespoke software development

We can develop business applications, web platforms, commercial systems, APIs, internal tools and integrations.

We can also work on existing systems that need modernisation, maintenance, new features or fixes.

If your European company needs additional development capacity, we can organise technical resources from Mexico under a managed and supervised arrangement.

If your Mexican company needs to implement solutions for European customers, we can coordinate the relevant technical and operational requirements.

6.2. Software recovery and modernisation

Perhaps you have an application that used to work well but became unstable after successive changes.

Or perhaps you built software with the help of artificial intelligence and now struggle to maintain it, fix bugs or keep it secure.

We can assess the code, architecture, dependencies, performance and vulnerabilities.

Based on that assessment, we can carry out corrective maintenance, refactoring, component rebuilds or security improvements.

You do not necessarily have to write off a technology investment just because the current system has become hard to manage.

6.3. Managed business hosting

If your company relies on servers, websites, applications and business systems, we can take care of running them.

We offer managed shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and other infrastructure services.

We can take on tasks such as configuration, maintenance, updates, monitoring, backups, protection and support, depending on the contracted service level.

We can also manage WordPress, WooCommerce and business application environments.

6.4. Managed AI hosting

If you use artificial intelligence models or need infrastructure to run AI applications, we can help you deploy them in managed environments.

We can develop and host business assistants, automations, agents, knowledge bases, RAG systems and specialised solutions.

We can also integrate these tools with your applications and databases.

You can have your own or a managed solution without having to look after all the infrastructure yourself.

6.5. Business automation

Many companies use systems that do not talk to each other properly.

Perhaps you receive orders on one platform, issue invoices from another, manage customers in a CRM and track stock in spreadsheets.

We can integrate these processes to reduce manual work.

This can include automating documents, commercial systems, invoicing, customer service, reporting and approval workflows.

6.6. Infrastructure and data residency

If you need to store information within the European Union, we can design infrastructure solutions that meet that requirement.

We can also assess suitable architectures for operations in Mexico and Latin America.

Server location, remote access, backups and data processing are defined according to the needs of each service.

It is worth remembering that hosting data in Europe does not automatically mean that all access or international transfers comply with the GDPR. That is why we include an assessment of technical and contractual controls where relevant.

7. Cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory compliance

Cybersecurity, GDPR & NIS2 Support

Does your company need to show that its systems and processes meet specific security requirements?

Information security is no longer just a concern for IT departments.

Today it affects managing directors, procurement managers, legal and finance teams, and sales teams.

A single vulnerability can halt your operations, expose customer information, jeopardise contracts and create liability.

We can help you assess risks, implement controls and document the necessary measures.

7.1. Managed cybersecurity

We offer services covering the protection of servers, applications and business systems.

This can include technical audits, vulnerability assessments, firewall management, web security, access management, monitoring, backups and business continuity.

We can also help you put incident response procedures in place.

7.2. NIS2 in Poland and the European Union

If your company falls within the scope of NIS2 and the national legislation implementing it, you may be required to adopt specific risk management and cybersecurity measures.

In Poland, the National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC) sets out obligations for entities classified as key or important (podmioty kluczowe i ważne, the equivalent of essential and important entities under NIS2).

We can help you assess your position, identify gaps and implement technical and organisational measures.

Services can include asset inventories, risk analysis, security policies, supplier management, access controls, business continuity, documentation and technical preparation for audits.

If your Mexican company provides services to European organisations, we can also help you respond to security questionnaires and contractual requirements from customers subject to European regulations.

This does not mean every Mexican company is automatically required to comply with NIS2; whether it applies depends on the company's situation and the relevant contractual or legal obligations.

7.3. GDPR and personal data protection

If you process personal information of people in Europe or carry out certain activities aimed at individuals within the European Union, you may need to comply with GDPR obligations.

We can help with records of processing, documentation, supplier assessment, technology security, access controls and the operational handling of requests.

We can also coordinate specialist legal reviews where the case requires it.

7.4. EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR

Some companies established outside the European Union but subject to the GDPR because of certain activities need to appoint a representative within the Union.

We can provide an EU representative service where your company falls within the circumstances and conditions set out in Article 27.

The service consists of acting, within the relevant mandate, as a point of contact for matters relating to data processing.

It does not replace all of your company's privacy obligations, nor is it automatically equivalent to a data protection officer (DPO).

7.5. Technology compliance for supply chains

Large companies and regulated organisations routinely ask their suppliers for security information.

A European customer may require policies, questionnaires, backup evidence, access controls or documentation on data transfers.

We can help you prepare and implement the technical and documentary components needed to respond more robustly to those demands.

8. Financial administration and international invoicing

Financial Operations & Systems Integration

Are your international operations complicating invoicing, payments and administration?

Working across countries means dealing with different currencies, tax documents and procedures.

We can help you coordinate the administrative and technology processes involved in these operations.

8.1. Invoicing in Mexico and Poland

We can structure contracting and invoicing through HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o. in Poland or through Ethical Profits Group companies in Mexico, as appropriate for the service.

This can simplify your internal purchasing and accounting processes.

In Mexico, tax invoices are issued under the CFDI system.

In Poland, invoicing must comply with the relevant legislation, including KSeF where applicable.

The currency and tax treatment are set according to the contract and the nature of the transaction.

8.2. CFDI and KSeF systems integration

If your commercial or accounting systems need to connect to e-invoicing, we can build the integrations.

We can also automate the receipt, classification, validation and reconciliation of documents.

This can be particularly useful for businesses that manage several companies or handle a significant volume of transactions.

8.3. Finance back office

We can help organise accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, reports, budgets and administrative files.

Regulated accounting, tax advisory and audit services are coordinated with qualified professionals.

Managing your documents and processes operationally does not necessarily mean we handle or hold your funds.

8.4. Suppliers, payments and currencies

We can help you structure administrative processes for working with international suppliers and coordinate authorised payments through financial institutions.

This includes organising documentation and commercial follow-up.

Holding accounts in different currencies can help reduce unnecessary conversions, but financial terms depend on each institution and transaction.

9. Business mobility, recruitment and staff relocation

International Workforce & Relocation Services

Need to send employees abroad, hire staff or move part of your operation to another country?

International operations also involve human and administrative needs.

You may need to relocate a senior manager to Poland, hire technicians in Mexico or help a family settle abroad.

We can provide operational support.

9.1. Recruitment and selection

We can help you identify professional profiles, coordinate interviews, assess skills and organise onboarding.

We can also work with specialist HR providers where needed.

9.2. Coordinating local hiring

If you need to hire staff in the destination country, we can support you in organising the process, finding specialists and handling the operational paperwork.

Where the arrangement involves an employer of record, staff secondment, temporary work or regulated labour outsourcing, it is structured in line with the relevant authorisations and requirements.

9.3. International relocation

We can coordinate the mobility needs of employees and senior managers.

This can cover documentation, liaison with immigration specialists, insurance, housing, setting up utilities and other tasks.

Work and residence permits are assessed according to each person's nationality, activity and circumstances.

9.4. Family support

If you relocate staff with their families, you may also need help finding housing, schools and medical services, moving pets or settling into the new environment.

We can support you through these processes to reduce the practical difficulties of settling in another country.

9.5. Business travel

If you need to travel to meet suppliers, visit factories, assess premises or explore opportunities, we can help you organise schedules and business activities.

This includes coordinating meetings, visits, transport and on-the-ground support, depending on the contracted service.

10. Intellectual property and international technology commercialisation

Intellectual Property & Software Commercialisation

Do you have a platform, software or in-house technology you want to sell internationally?

Expanding technology products also means considering who owns them and the terms on which they are exploited.

We can help you organise the international commercialisation of software, SaaS platforms, algorithms and other technology assets.

Services can include:

  • Operational review of licensing models.
  • Technical preparation of platforms for multiple markets.
  • Developing subscription systems.
  • Integrating international payments.
  • Technical licence management.
  • Product localisation.
  • User support.
  • Implementing security measures.
  • Coordinating licence agreements with specialists.

We can also support the assessment of international structures for exploiting intellectual property.

In certain cases there may be tax incentives for technology and research and development activities, such as the Polish IP Box regime.

Applying it involves specific requirements and must be analysed case by case; it does not follow automatically from having a company or registering software in Poland.

11. Tenders, public projects and institutional opportunities

Public Procurement & International Projects

Want to take part in business or institutional projects in another market?

Public procurement and funding programmes can be significant opportunities, but they usually demand documentation, technical capacity and knowledge of local procedures.

We can help you identify opportunities, assess eligibility requirements and organise the documentary and operational preparation.

In Poland and the European Union there are public procurement procedures and calls for proposals for certain innovation, technology, digital transformation and other projects.

Mexico also has public procurement mechanisms at different levels of government.

We can coordinate the tracking of calls, partners, documents, projects and deliverables.

Eligibility always depends on the specific requirements of each procedure. Having a local entity does not in itself guarantee the right to take part, nor does it guarantee winning a contract or grant.

12. What can we do for your company, depending on your situation?

Not every company needs the same service.

The advantage of a binational set-up is that we can build a solution around your actual operation.

A. If you are a Mexican company that wants to sell in Europe

We can help you research commercial opportunities, identify buyers, adapt your messaging and coordinate business relationships from Poland.

We can also organise product distribution, support your e-commerce, coordinate regulatory matters and provide technology infrastructure.

You can start with commercial representation and gradually expand your presence.

Your main benefit: you gain access to operational services in Europe without having to build an entire international department straight away.

B. If you are a Polish or European company that wants to enter Mexico

We can help you understand the Mexican market, identify customers and suppliers, coordinate meetings, develop sales channels and organise operational activities.

If you need technology development, Spanish-language marketing, support or administration, we can bring in capabilities from our Mexican team.

Your main benefit: you have access to a team that knows the Mexican market and can carry out local activities.

C. If you already import or export goods

We can help you manage suppliers, coordinate logistics operators, oversee documentation and improve visibility over your operations.

We can also add warehousing, distribution, inventory management and after-sales services.

Your main benefit: you no longer have to coordinate multiple international parties separately.

D. If you run a technology company

We can help with development, maintenance, hosting, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity and international project management.

You can engage end-to-end services or supplement your existing team.

Your main benefit: you gain access to international technical capabilities through a managed business relationship.

E. If you already operate in both countries

We can help you centralise processes and coordinate teams, suppliers and systems.

This includes document management, CRM, support, financial processes, purchasing, projects and technology.

Your main benefit: you gain greater operational control and reduce duplicated work.

F. If you are a European company with cybersecurity obligations

We can help you assess requirements, identify risks, implement controls and prepare security documentation.

We can also take part in technology supplier management and in processes relating to NIS2 and the GDPR.

Your main benefit: you can turn compliance needs into structured technical and operational processes.

G. If you are a manufacturer or distributor

We can help you both find customers and source suppliers.

If you need to enter a foreign market, we can combine prospecting, negotiation, logistics coordination and commercial follow-up.

Your main benefit: you have a single point of contact who understands both the sale and the operation needed to deliver it.

H. If you need to relocate staff or set up a new business unit

We can coordinate business, administrative and relocation activities.

This can include suppliers, offices, housing, utilities, technology, local integration and support for family members.

Your main benefit: you reduce the number of separate tasks needed to establish an operation.

13. How we work with you

Although our services can vary widely, we follow a consistent method designed to give your company clarity and control.

1. We understand your need

You tell us what you are trying to achieve, what activities you need to carry out and what difficulties you are currently facing.

It may be a single logistics operation or a complete business project.

2. We assess the operation

We analyse the countries involved, the services required, the constraints and the responsibilities.

Where your activity requires authorisations, particular tax treatment or regulated specialists, we factor those elements into the assessment.

3. We define the scope

We prepare a proposal setting out activities, deliverables, owners, commercial terms and costs.

We also identify any third-party services that will be needed.

4. We execute and coordinate

Our team manages the agreed activities and coordinates the providers involved.

You have named contacts who keep you informed of your project's status.

5. We follow up

Depending on the contracted service, you may receive reports, indicators, close-out documentation, incident handling and operational recommendations.

If you need an ongoing relationship, we can set up recurring services with defined capacity and commitments.

14. Engagement models

You can engage our services in the way that suits your needs.

ModelWhen is it right for you?
Specific projectTo address a specific need with defined deliverables
Managed monthly serviceTo delegate recurring activities
Commercial representationTo maintain commercial activity in another market
Per-operation coordinationFor imports, exports, purchasing and logistics
Dedicated teamTo have assigned professional capacity
Hybrid serviceTo combine initial implementation with ongoing operation
End-to-end supportFor expansion projects spanning several areas

We can also put framework agreements in place so that new services can be added without renegotiating the whole relationship each time.

The contracting entity, fees, payment currencies, taxes, service levels and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

15. Frequently asked questions

Do I need a company registered in Poland to sell in Europe?

Not necessarily.

Depending on your products, services and business model, you can explore the market through representation, distribution or cross-border provision of services.

If you later need a company, branch or other form of establishment, we can support you through the process.

Whether you need tax or business registrations depends on the activity.

Can I contract the services from Mexico and receive support in Poland?

Yes.

We can structure your contract through Ethical Profits Group companies in Mexico where appropriate and coordinate the necessary services in Poland.

The same can work in reverse for European customers who need services in Mexico.

Can I pay in pesos even if the service involves European operations?

We can set commercial terms in various currencies, including MXN, PLN, EUR and USD, depending on the contracting entity and the operation.

The terms are set out in your proposal.

Do I need to travel to start selling in another country?

Not always.

Many research, representation, prospecting, technology and coordination activities can start remotely.

Where a physical presence is needed for meetings, inspections or commercial activities, we can arrange it.

Can you find customers or distributors for my products?

Yes.

We can run prospecting projects, buyer research, commercial representation and distributor searches.

The scope and objectives are defined according to your industry and market.

Engaging these services does not mean guaranteeing sales, but it does mean agreeing verifiable activities and deliverables.

Can you handle importing or exporting my goods?

We can coordinate the commercial and logistics side of the operation, working with the appropriate customs operators and carriers.

Before any shipment, we need to know the goods, their origin, destination, classification and other relevant characteristics.

Can you store and distribute my products in Europe?

We can arrange warehousing and fulfilment solutions through the appropriate operators.

Availability, costs and requirements depend on the goods, volume and location.

Can you provide staff for my operations?

We can offer dedicated team services, recruitment, hiring coordination and process management.

If your operation requires a regulated employment arrangement, such as an employer of record or temporary work, we review the legal conditions and use the appropriate structure.

Can you serve my customers outside my country's business hours?

Yes, we can set up extended-hours services, taking advantage of the coverage between Mexico and Poland.

For continuous services or specific response commitments, an appropriate SLA is put in place.

Can you keep my data within the European Union?

We can provide technology solutions designed around data location and security requirements.

We also assess access and processing conditions to put the appropriate controls in place.

Can you help me with the GDPR or NIS2?

Yes.

We offer technical and operational support in privacy, cybersecurity and compliance management.

To determine your company's legal obligations, we first need to assess its activity, location, size, sector and regulatory position.

Do I have to engage all the services?

No.

You can engage only the activity you need.

If you later want to broaden the scope, we can bring other capabilities into a coordinated operation.

Can I engage ongoing services?

Yes.

We can set up recurring contracts for support, representation, administration, technology, back office and other activities.

How is the cost determined?

It depends mainly on the complexity of the operation, the countries involved, the volume of activity, the resources required, third-party involvement and the level of service requested.

We can prepare a proposal once we have analysed your needs.

16. An international structure at your service

When you need to operate between Mexico and the European Union, every difficulty seems to call for a different provider.

One specialist to research the market. Another to find customers. Another to build your technology platform. Another to coordinate logistics. Another to handle paperwork. And still others to resolve legal, accounting or regulatory issues.

You can engage all of those services separately.

Or you can work with a business structure that understands how they fit together and takes charge of coordinating their delivery.

That is the main advantage of our binational services.

We have business capacity in Mexico and Poland to help you build commercial relationships, carry out local activities, manage processes, coordinate international logistics and provide technology solutions.

It makes no difference whether you are just exploring a new market or already have an established international operation.

We can take on a specific activity or support you through a larger project.

Your company keeps its objectives, decisions and strategy. We provide the services and operational coordination you need to deliver them.
